What SPEED.STRENGTH.AGILITY has done is put together a program that is affordable, easy to use and effective for kid athletes to adults. In training several thousand kids through our in-person camps, we have fine-tuned our programs to be the most effective possible.

HOW IT WORKS
STEPS TO USE OUR PROGRAM
- Purchase a program through our online store or choose the free dynamic warm-up.
- Log in through the website or through the Speed.Strength.Agility app
- Go through the individual drills video lessons until you are comfortable with each one
- After you have become familiar with each drill, start the weekly workouts by watching the video and following along. It may be beneficial for you to watch the entire video before performing the workout.
- When you have completed the final workout in the program, take one week off and then either redo the entire program or purchase a more advanced program. Either way, DO NOT STOP DOING WORKOUTS! These programs were meant to be performed continuously
